1. Agreement
By accessing juoto.com, creating an account, or using Juoto services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our other published policies. If you use Juoto on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform services
Juoto provides software tools that enable merchants to create storefronts, manage products, accept orders, configure payments, and operate related commerce workflows. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and account status.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. Beta or experimental features may be offered as-is without warranties.
3. Merchant accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You may not use Juoto for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive purposes.
4. Merchant content and stores
You retain ownership of content you upload, including product listings, images, and storefront copy. You grant Juoto a limited license to host, display, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the services.
You are solely responsible for your storefront content, pricing, taxes, consumer disclosures, product compliance, and relationships with your customers. Juoto is a technology provider, not the seller of record for merchant storefront orders unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans, trials, renewals, and billing are described on our pricing pages and in your account. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals until you cancel in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of services.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations.
- Do not list prohibited, illegal, or restricted products where not permitted by law or Juoto policy.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent transactions.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the platform except as expressly allowed.
7. Intellectual property
Juoto and its licensors own all rights in the platform, brand, software, documentation, and marketing materials. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Juoto intellectual property except for the limited right to use the services during an active account.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.
To the extent permitted by law, Juoto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services.
9. Termination
You may stop using Juoto at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
